These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rozzis website and your interactions with the Rozzis brand, including our products, promotions, and loyalty program. The website is operated by Rozzis Group (ABN [ABN], "Rozzis", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website Usage and Acceptable Use

3. Promotional Offers and Discounts

From time to time, Rozzis may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers. Unless stated otherwise:

Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
A limit of one (1) offer applies per person, per transaction.
Offers are valid only for the period stated and while stocks last.
Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Rozzis may vary, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of any such change, and a change will not affect an offer you have already validly redeemed.

Specific terms attached to an individual promotion will apply in addition to these Terms and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

4. Loyalty and Rewards Program

The Rozzis loyalty program allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases. Membership is free. By enrolling in the loyalty program — in store, through our app, or on our website — you agree to these Terms as they apply to the program, and these Terms apply whether or not you use the website. Points are earned as follows:

Purchase Type	Points Earned
Food Items	5 points per $1.00 spent
Coffee	10 points per $1.00 spent
Desserts	2.5 points per $1.00 spent

1 point = 1 cent when redeemed.

Eligibility and conditions:

Membership is open to individuals only; business and trade accounts are not eligible.
Points are earned on eligible purchases at participating Rozzis locations and cannot be earned on gift cards, taxes, or other excluded items.
Loyalty benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
A limit of one (1) reward redemption applies per person, per transaction, unless stated otherwise.
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value except as set out above.
Rozzis reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, or these Terms relating to it, from time to time.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on this website — including the Rozzis name, logo, branding, menus, text, graphics, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Rozzis and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant goods or services, or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
