When Rozzis opened at Southern Cross Station in June 2025, it wasn't simply another store opening. It was the moment our biggest ambition became reality.

Southern Cross is one of Australia's busiest transport hubs. Every day, hundreds of thousands of commuters, travellers, tourists and Melburnians pass through its doors. It's where people start holidays, head home after long days, race for trains, meet old friends and say goodbye to loved ones.

Now, it's also home to Rozzis.

To earn a place in a location like Southern Cross is something we're incredibly proud of. It reflects years of refining our concept, investing in our people, improving our food and proving that fast food doesn't have to feel... fast.

We built Rozzis on a simple idea: fresh Italian food should be accessible to everyone. Great pizza by the slice. Comforting pasta. Fresh focaccia. Colourful salads. Great coffee. Sweet treats. Real food, served quickly, without compromising on quality.

Southern Cross was the perfect stage for that vision.

It's a place where speed matters, but so does quality. Where someone grabbing breakfast before a 7:00am train deserves the same care as someone enjoying dinner before heading home. Where travellers don't want another forgettable meal—they want something fresh, generous and genuinely satisfying.

That's exactly what we set out to deliver.

Opening at Southern Cross also marked an exciting milestone for our team. Every person who has rolled dough before sunrise, perfected a recipe, welcomed a customer with a smile or worked tirelessly behind the scenes helped make this store possible.

This wasn't the achievement of one person.

It belongs to every member of the Rozzis family.

Since opening, we've welcomed thousands of customers through our doors. Some discover us while rushing to catch a train. Others deliberately build us into their daily commute. Many have become familiar faces that our team now greets by name.

Those moments are what make this store special.
